According to § 101 part 2 of the Traffic Law, the applicant for obtaining a driving license must undergo training no earlier than six months before the start of driver education, and the driver periodically undergoes medical examinations, during which their health status and fitness to operate a vehicle are assessed.
Thus, if a person does not yet have a driving license for any category (they have never attended a driving school), they must undergo a medical examination no earlier than six months before starting their training.
A driving school can register you for training after you have presented your health certificate. Now you can send the necessary information to your driving school automatically (see the list) and start training ASAP.
